Your Privacy Rights

1. How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@slightlytechnical.rs with:
- your full name and the email address involved,
- your country (and U.S. state, if applicable) of residence,
- which right you want to exercise, and
- anything that helps us find the relevant records.
We may ask for additional details to verify it's really you. Given how little this site collects (see the Privacy Policy), most requests concern form submissions or the email list.
2. The rights that may apply to you
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — deletion, subject to exceptions for legal compliance and defence of legal claims.
- Restriction — limited processing in specific circumstances.
- Portability — your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection — to processing based on legitimate interests or any direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent — for the email list (every email has an unsubscribe path) and for analytics (see the Cookie Policy).
- Automated decision-making — we don't do any, so there is nothing to opt out of.
3. U.S. state rights
Residents of California and other states with privacy statutes may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale or sharing" of personal information. For clarity: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws.
4. Timelines and fees
We respond within roughly 30 days where the law requires it, with notice if a complex request needs longer. Requests are free unless they become excessive or repetitive, in which case a reasonable fee may apply where the law allows.
5. Complaints
You can always lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
