1. Who provides this site
Slightly Technical LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: marko@slightlytechnical.rs (general), privacy@slightlytechnical.rs (privacy). By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter agreements to use this site.
3. The content, and what it is for
Articles, tools, videos, and downloads here are educational material. They are provided free of charge, without accounts or registration.
4. Safety disclaimer — read this one
Much of this site covers work on equipment carrying lethal voltages. Tube amplifiers hold hundreds of volts DC even when unplugged. All repair, modification, and measurement described here is performed at your own risk. If you are not confident working safely around high voltage, do not open the chassis — no article here replaces training, and Slightly Technical LLC accepts no liability for injury or damage arising from work you choose to perform.
5. Tools and calculators
Free tools (such as Bias Bench) are provided "as is" as calculation aids. Verify results with your own measurements before relying on them; a calculator does not know your amp.
6. Third-party services
Coaching apps are sold on Studio.com; donations are processed by Stripe and PayPal; videos are hosted on YouTube; the community runs on Discord. Each operates under its own terms, and we are not responsible for external platforms or linked websites.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts at unauthorized access, no malware, and no automated bulk scraping of the site's content.
8. Intellectual property
All site content — articles, schematics, photographs, code, and design — belongs to Slightly Technical LLC unless credited otherwise. You may use it personally and non-commercially; republishing or redistribution requires written permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Slightly Technical LLC's total liability arising from your use of the site is capped at USD 100.
10. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with exclusive jurisdiction in Wyoming courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
